It turns out that the group of curious people remembered the artworks and their significance better. Compared to the urgent group, they were able to identify more artworks and more accurately link the paintings to their monetary value. Furthermore, because higher-value paintings were associated with rewards, people were more likely to recall them.
This is not to say that the urgency mentality was pointless. This group really proved to be quite efficient now since they were better at identifying which doors held the more valuable artworks. As a result, they ultimately ended up with more high-value paintings.
